This notice explains what Fintech Bookings does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your work email address, your firm and its website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing your Ledger Read, replying to a question, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list or pass your details to anyone else for their own use.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same matter, and then we delete them.

We do not sell it

We never sell, rent or trade your personal details.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts on these pages are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request your browser makes to fetch them.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to elinor.maddox@fintechbookings.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply stop to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
