Growth consulting for fintech and financial services

Your next buyer asked an AI for a shortlist. You were not on it.

We change that. Then we build the outreach that turns being found into signed business on your books, and when it runs, we hand the whole machine to you.

The argument

Good firms are going quiet in the place buyers now look first.

Most established fintech firms grew the same way. A partner bank made an introduction. A customer told a peer over dinner. Someone shook the right hand at a conference. That is a network, and it has carried a lot of good companies a long way.

It is also not a system. You cannot turn it up when a quarter looks thin, and it never reaches the buyer who has not heard of you yet.

That buyer has changed how they start. Before a head of payments talks to a single vendor, they type the problem into an AI assistant and ask who solves it. What comes back is a short list.

The assistant builds that list from what it can read. Pages that answer the question in plain words. People who write about the problem in public. Firms that other sources mention by name. If your expertise lives in pitch decks and in the heads of your senior people, the assistant cannot see it. You are good, and you are invisible.

Being good at the work is a different thing from being findable for it.

Four doors

There are four ways to reach a buyer who does not know you. Most firms use one.

Usually open

Referrals

Your network vouches for you. Valuable, and impossible to schedule.

Usually shut

Outbound

You go to the buyer first, with a reason to talk that is about them and nobody else.

Usually shut

Content

You publish the answers buyers are already asking for, so people and machines can find them.

Usually shut

Paid

You rent attention. It works while the meter runs and stops when it does.

The shut doors are rarely shut on purpose. Nobody owns them, so nobody opens them. That gap is where we work.

What we do

We open the doors you never opened, and we run them until buyers walk through.

We design the channels your firm has left idle, build them, staff them and run them until they produce real pipeline. Outbound sits at the center. Every message is researched and written for one real person at one real company, and a human reads it before it goes. We contact people who have a genuine reason to hear from you, and we stop the moment they ask.

Around that core we build the layer that AI search reads. Pages that answer a buyer's actual questions. A point of view your senior people can put their names to in the trade press and on video. Plain, structured content that gives an assistant something to quote when someone asks it for a shortlist in your category.

Then it is yours

And then we leave.

We have no interest in living inside your building. Once the channels are producing, we hand everything over: the playbook, the data, the sequences, the research method, and your own people, trained to run it without us.

Before we start, we agree a baseline with you. We report against it the whole way, so you judge the work on your own numbers and nobody else's.

Ask for a Ledger Read.

A Ledger Read is a short written assessment of your firm. It covers which of the four doors you have open, which sit shut, how you show up when an AI is asked about your category, and where an engine would earn its keep first.

It is free. There is no deck and no obligation. Tell us a little about your firm and we will write it for you.
